Hi Andreza,

I'm not sure what you exactly mean with metamodeling.

The core of modeling in Eclipse is Eclipse EMF, so the best place is to
ask there (I copied the newsgroup eclipse.tools.emf so no need for
additional actions on your side).

To get started with EMF you could for example use the following
tutorial: http://www.vogella.de/articles/EclipseEMF/article.html
