Try running with -clean, and then run with a new workspace by -data c:\other\directory, and give it another go.
It depends how you upgraded to 3.2.2; if you did it via Update Manager, then the old one would still be in your target directory (and if you've got a separate target directory, that would need to be updated too). Even if you did upgrade to a fresh version, but used the same workspace, you might end up with a cached launch config with problematic references.
It's really difficult to say without being able to see what's going on :-(
