Unable to send mail in eclipse version 3.3 and later [message #395]

I have a ant build script, it used to send email after the build is done
when running with eclipse 3.2 and before. But since I change to eclipse3.3
and later 3.3.1., this email command does not work any more. The error
saying that "Failed to initialise MIME mail: javax/mail/MessagingException".

Did anyone knows about this and why if did not work?
