Whats the difference between plugins and features when you create a
product for your RCP application ?

plugins are the actual working code. Features are groupings of plugins
to make distribution easier. It makes it easier for someone to tell what
is installed, such as the eclipse platform is installed instead of the
several different plugins that are in the eclipse plugins.
