Creating View by Dragging the Leaf of theTree and Dropping it in the Editor Area [message #463858]

Hi All,
How to create views as when we drag the leafs from the tree and
drop it in the editor area...(In Eclipse we have the tree structure in
Package Explorer and when we drag a file and drop it in the right hand
side area..file contents are opened in a view)...how to go about it?
