Hi;

You know,There is a Palette menu in VE to select component. How can I make
the Palette for my application. Is there a component like Palette in RCP

The Palette Menu is part of the GEF project (http://eclipse.org/gef).

You should include the GEF project in your application.
GEF-examplesxxx.zip could be of use for you.
Check the FlyoutPaletteComposite class.
