How to determine your RCP Version? [message #460683]

I have an RCP app which I've branded by setting in the requisite properties
(ID, Version, Name, Provider etc) in the plug-in Overview page. I now want
to extract the Name and the Version properties so I can set them in the
title bar of my RCP app. How do I do that?
