One way could be:

selectAllButton.addSelectionListener(new SelectionAdapter() {
public void widgetSelected(SelectionEvent selectionEvent) {
table.setSelection(0, table.getItemCount());
table.setFocus();
}
});

Sorry, even neater way would be:

selectAllButton.addSelectionListener(new SelectionAdapter() {
public void widgetSelected(SelectionEvent selectionEvent) {
table.selectAll();
table.setFocus();
}
});
