How to disable cancel button of Progressbar [message #459221]

Hi,

In WorkspaceJob.runInWorkspace() we get object of IProgressMonitor. Please
tell me how to disable the Cancel button of the progress bar window we get
(if there is any way). There is a setCanceled() method. But my intention
is to disable the Cancel button forever, so that user can't press on the
Cancel button.
