Hi,

do you use any automated way to test OpenUP releases? I have been
considering sort of smoke tests (to ensure crucial stuff is in place) as a
step of automated publishing/build process (to apply same practices on
process development OpenUP is suggesting;-)

We are not using any automated way to publish/build OpenUP.
Please let us know if you find a way :-)

Thanks,

Hi Ricardo,

I have utilized an automated web test feature of TPTP Test
( http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/documents/tutorials/viewlet s/v4.1/EW-URLTest/EW-URLTest/EW-URLTest_viewlet_swf.html);
I have recorded browsing through crucial pages and I'm executing the
generated test cases in a build process (I'm publishing a process
description automatically) to check a presence of the pages; although it is
not perfect, it is enough for me at this moment; I get at least some
information about generated web pages.

Regards,

Roman
