I just generated HTML, XML, and CSV reports on a simple trace and it woked
fine. There could be something in your profiling data that the report
generators don't like. Why don't you profile to a file and attach your
trcxml file here so I can give it a try. To profile to a file, do the
following -> in your launch configuration, click on the profiling tab ->
click on the destination sub-tab -> select 'Send profiling data to a file'
-> specify a file with extension .trcxml -> profile.
