hi,

is it possible to create a swt checkbox (Button using SWT.CHECK) with
tri state behaviour ?

No, this is only possible with checkboxes in Tables and Trees. There's a
request for this though, see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=22261 .
