Drag and Drop (DND) broken in Tiger [message #455007]

Just got Mac OS X Tiger up and running and I noticed that dnd stopped
working in my app - I also can't drag a file from the desktop into the
Navigator view.

I couldn't find a bugzilla open on this. Should I open one?
