Hello ,
I want to get ImageDescriptor for Images supplied by user at run time.
User specifies path images at run time ( required while creating
paletteEntries at run time in case of GEF)
Now i need imageDesc for these images.
I cant use createFromFile , because these images are not stored in my
class directories ( or can i).
Also createFromURL is not of use as it need web connectivity i guess.

So what is the way to get ImageDescriptor for image located anywhere on
disk.

-- thank you.

Hello ,
I think i found very easy way to get rid of problem that i did mention in
last mail.

Now, i gave ImageDescriptor.createFromFile( null , full path of Image
where i am storing them ). And it works.

I found this by looking sourceCode of FileImageDescriptor. Which create
new FileInputStream from second argument , if first argument is null.

I think this is the only way to do this.

Or is there any other way ? Please tell me.

-- thank you.
