I would like to use the virtual table functionality for my app but I am
finding that it doesn't work on Linux.

I am using the following snippet

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.swt.sni ppets/src/org/eclipse/swt/snippets/Snippet144.java?rev=HEAD& amp;content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

Does anyone running Linux have the same problem?

Regards,

In versions of GTK earlier than 2.3.2, GTK asks for the items in the idle
handler. In later versions it does not. Is this what isn't working?
