Maximize on Windows [message #445444]

Hi there

When I maximize my application window and then try to go back to the
original size it does not go to the original size. it kinda remembers the
max size but the max icon changes but not the size itself so it remains
maximized no matter how many time I hit the windows max icon.

this problem doesnot appear on Linux red hat 9

Any suggestions

Enter a bug report with a stand alone snippet that shows the problem.
