Adding a Toolbar in an Eclipse Plugin... [message #444229] Fri, 08 October 2004 22:04 Go to next message

Hi all,

I'm embedding our Swing Application into Eclipse Workbench as a plug-in.

I added a button using EditorActionBarContributor and IAction.

What I want to do now is to add a combobox tool item in the exsiting toolbar
in order to control the dinamic actions.

Is it possible to add that kind of tool items in the eclipse workbench
through plug-in?

The deadline is killing me.

Please help.

Thanks,

Namkyu

In SWT, putting a combobox in a toolbar is shown in the following snippet:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.swt.sni ppets/src/org/eclipse/swt/snippets/Snippet58.java?rev=HEAD&a mp;content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

To find out if there is a wrapper for this in the eclipse plugin framework,
please ask your question in the eclipse.platform newsgroup.
