No, no. That's not exactly what I said (on the other newsgroup).
There are LPPs for MIDP and PPro which means a simple CAB file install of
just the stuff needed for the device. With a normal WSDD install (ie, on
Linux or Windows), you will get other runtimes, but then you need to
basically copy the files over to the device yourself. By the way, PPro sits
on top of Foundation, so when you install PPro, you *essentially* get a
version of Foundation therein (with just a small handful of extras like
BigDecimal and some RMI classes).
The SWT guys can clarify, but I think you would basically run SWT with
CDC/Foundation, but you can configure and build it to run on CDC as well.
The eclipse site has downloads of the PocketPC version for both as I recall.
