Software Updates not working [message #44094]

If I use http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/ to get the latest
PDT build, it's giving me 20070808-79, instead of M2. Plus, when I try to
install it, I get an error:
Error retrieving "feature.xml". [error in opening zip file]

I don't get the M2 either but as I understood the new integration build
(20070816) is the same or even better

you might have hit a broken mirror, disable the autmatic selection of
mirrors and when doing the search for updates select them manually (when
prompted to select a mirror scroll all the way down and select the last
one, which is the original eclips.org server)
