SashForm auto set divider location problem [message #437501]

I found that whenever the parent window resized, the SashForm will resize
the divider location according to the resize weight assigned. How do I turn
this behaviour off, so that it behave like the splitpane of a file explorer
in Windows (it keeps the divider location unchanged even when the window is
resized). Thanks!
