How to alter the about eclipse platform option in Help menu [message #436738]

I want to access the About Eclipse Platform Dialog which is coming
in Help menu of eclipse.

I need to change some of contents inside About Dialog like,

1.changing the Dialog name
2.changing the version number
3.changing the Build Id
4.etc.,

Is there any to achieve this,is yes kindly guide me,
