Hello,

we are considering to use EMF to create a model for our product development.
The core of the model should be static and generated, but the customer
should be able to extend the model with custom attributes. Finally, we
would like to persist instances with teneo. Aare there any obstacles that
should be considered?

Best regards,

Christoph Held

Hi Christoph,
The main (blocking) thing you have to watch for when working with dynamic changing models is that database schema
changes can be difficult because of locking at database level. It depends on how the custom attributes are modeled ofcourse.
