Problem while using eclipse3.2 [message #43130]

hi

we are using eclipse 3.2 for our project with the follwoing properties
specified in target of eclipse shorcut.

E:\Eclipse\eclipse3.2\eclipse.exe -vm
C:\jrockit-j2sdk1.4.2_08\bin\javaw.exe -vmargs -Xmx452m

The problem we are facing with it is many a times inbetween the javaw.exe
task takes 100% CPU tilization and eclipse just gets hanged. it also
happenes in debug mode.
can anyone let me know what might be the problem?
