Hi CDO'ers,

I just merged the huge "emf-on-server" branch to HEAD.
For an overview of the changes I recommend reading

Or this bugzilla:

265435: Replace CDOModelElements by EModelElements
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=265435

Users of the HEAD sources *must* re-create their databases!
Apologies for any inconveniences but you will appreciate the new
features that we can base upon this important refactoring...
