Hi, Williams,
It appears that the documentation has some anachronisms. The example
model that is named "EXTLibrary" used to be "RMPLibrary" before it was
contributed to EMF. "RMP" was a codename for the IBM project that
developed the example, so it was changed to "EXT" to indicated that it
is an "extended" version of the tiny Library example from the EMF tutorial.
Any of the three EMF Validation Framework examples that you install in
your workspace will also generate the model, edit, and editor plug-in
projects from the EXTLibrary example. (org.eclipse.emf.examples.library*).
The org.eclipse.emf.validation.examples plug-in is the SDK plug-in that
provides the wizard for the three examples. It isn't, itself, an example.
HTH,
Christian
