I read an old question in this group about how to set up the PDE
evironment so that you can debug and browse EMF source code. I'm not
sure if I understood the answer correctly but as far as I know you have
to import a lot of binary files and manually set up a source paths to
the corresponing "src.zip" files that is delivered as part of the EMF
SDK. This is tedious since it involves many plug-ins if using both EMF
and CDO.

The Platform SDK delivers "source" plug-ins so it is very easy to do
this. Any plans on delivering source plug-ins in the "all-in-one" EMF SDK ?

If not, is there a more automated way of setting this up?

Thanks,

We have such a thing already...

There should always be SDK versions of many modeling builds (or any
build in general) available...

Anders,

The SDK of CDO also contains source plugins that should automatically
enable you to see the sources. Is there an issue with them?

Cheers

Ok, sorry, I was confused that it was one source plug-in folder and not
packaged as source plug-in jars.
