DZone and the Eclipse Foundation are running an "EMF Sightings"
competition. You can win a copy of the second edition of the EMF book
if post about how you've used EMF. Ian Skerret's blog
< http://ianskerrett.wordpress.com/2009/01/27/where-is-emf-use d/>
provides more details. In my recent blog
< http://ed-merks.blogspot.com/2009/01/diversity-its-essential .html> I'd
mentioned the release of the EMF refcard
<http://refcardz.dzone.com/refcardz/essential-emf>; James and I hope
that it will be useful for many people. Today DZone published a review
of the second Edition of the EMF book
< http://java.dzone.com/reviews/emf-eclipse-modelling-framewor>, which is
where you can post about your EMF experience; we'd really like to hear
from you about the things you've done with EMF! Of course we hope to
see you at EclipseCon and especially at the BoF
< http://ed-merks.blogspot.com/2009/01/mega-modeling-mania-seq uel.html>.

PS
Don't forget Rich Gronback is working on a book titled "Eclipse
Modeling Project: A Domain-Specific Language (DSL) Toolkit
<http://www.informit.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0321580540>" which is
already available as a rough cut.
