Hi,

does emf validation support the evaluation of batch constraints as a
function of other constraints that may serve as pre conditions ?

Currently, the framework does not support describing dependencies
between constraints. You will need to invent a way for the dependent
constraints to communicate with their dependencies, to find out whether
they have validated an object and what was the result.
