Hi!

I found the plugin for xdebug here (well hidden on the web :( )

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=169408

But why it is a plugin published as a bug solution and not a package for
PDT???

This is how you offer a contribution to PDT. Bugzilla allows you
to also request enhancements, it isn't just for reporting bugs.

XDebug support will be integrated into PDT soon based on the contribution.

umm, speaking of which, will it be(or is it) implemented in the M2
build? or is it planned for the final?

Cheers,
Ali

XDebug support was just committed to the CVS and will be available as part
of the PDT's basic functionalities in the next integration build.
This support was possible thanks to the wonderful work of Dave Kelsey
(thanks Dave !! )

Hi.

I played around with the latest cvs (updated some minutes before). Great
work at all :-)
But everyone should really setup a complete new workspace at the next
integration release. I got some nasty exceptions cause there is some non
compatible configuration at the php executable tabs (window->properties). At
all I repaired it using eclipse to debug PDT and overwriting some local
variables. ;-)

Thanks.
