Lars,
I suppose you emailed my IBM address and since I'm no longer at IBM,
that won't work so well. My gmail email address will work better when
using Ed.Merks in combination with it. We're certainly badly in need of
refactoring support so that would make a very interesting component to
develop at Eclipse. I think lots of people would be interested in this,
so opening a bugzilla in which to add attachments or links would allow
many people to review it and comment on it. I look forward to seeing
the details!

yes, I wrote to merks @ ibm. I was going to open a bugzilla but wasn't
sure how to fill out the forms. Is there an example you can give?

Gitanjali,
The org.eclipse.xsd plugin provides an XSDResourceImpl that's able to
load and save XSDs exactly the same as for Ecores.
