Hi,

Sorry, this is another newbie question. I'm looking for EMF in a CVS
repository. I'm assuming at some point it was (or still is) on the
dev.eclipse.org repository.

However, apparently it have moved? For example, this line from a PSF file
no longer works:

project
reference=" 1.0,:pserver:dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/modeling,org.eclipse.e mf/org.eclipse.emf.mwe/...

Or maybe its not available to anonymous logins?? Any help is most
appreciated. Thanks,

Richard

Richard,

this wiki page explains how to connect to the eclipse CVS:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/CVS_Howto
You should probably use the anonymous CVS connection.

You can also browse the eclipse CVS with viewcvs:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/

EMF is in the Modeling_Project repository:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/?root=Modeling_Proj ect

Here is the correspondint viewcvs link:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.emf/org .eclipse.emf.mwe/?root=Modeling_Project

Richard,

what error message do you get?
Maybe it is a network connection problem.
Are you behind a firewall? Do you use a proxy?
Have you set the proxy settings in eclipse in menu
<Windows><Preferencess...><General><Network connections>
