The EMF Query SDK includes a contributions to the

File -> New -> Example...

wizard that install the various EMF Query examples into your workspace as
source projects. Then, in a run-time workbench, the EXTLibrary editor will
have the actions contributed by these example projects.

If you want to install the examples in your development workbench (probably
not useful because it is hard to see and debug the code that way) or into
your PDE target as binaries, then you can download the separate Examples
build ZIP file from the EMF Query download page. You'll find it in the
list of ZIPs that includes the SDK and Run-time downloads. e.g.,
