Hi,
I am novice in emf. I don't understand the adapter factory in each
package of model java code. Can any guru explain this for me?
Thanks.
Michael.

Michael,

It's the basis (scaffolding) for defining an adapter factory that
creates adapters specific to each type of object. The overview papers
talk about their use for viewing the model and if you generate the
*.edit project, you'll see the generated item provider adapter factory
extends the base one from the model.
