In the WSAD 5.1 development envoronment there were 3 Data views: Data
Defintion, DB Output, DB Servers. In the new Eclipse contribution there
are just 2: Database Explorer & DB Output. Database Explorer is DB Servers
renamed.

The Data Defintion view and some of the supporting classes are not
included in the contribution. Does anyone know if these will be included
when the tools are integrated into the Eclipse repository?
