You could start from the sample extraction script available at the
bottom of page http://wiki.eclipse.org/TCS/Language_Project

When you use the plugin builder, the grammar is rebuilt when you save
the TCS file. If it contains errors, there will be shown in the editor.

You have to check out the corresponding plugins. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/TCS/Language_Project#Creating_a_Lang uage_Project_For_Plugin_Builder
for pointers to the CVS locations.
