I posted a question a few weeks ago to this group and wanted to refer to it
again (instead of just asking it again). But according to Outlook Express
(who I have told to get the last 1000 messages) there are only 209 messages
in this group.
The oldest is 7/14/03 which far earlier than mine, but mine is nowhere to be
found.
Is there some kind of editing going on? I'm just curious so I know what to
expect since I'm new to the group.
Thanks!

Outlook Express is probably just showing its wierdness. There is an archive
available here:
http://www.eclipse.org/newsgroups/index.html
and all the messages are searchable (click search on the eclipse.org
navigation bar).
