Hi,
In which directory should I put my classes for scripted data source. I have
tried
classes directory as given in the tutorials but no luck. I am using 2.3.2.
I am using Designer instead of api.

Error that I keep getting are :
There are errors evaluating script "__bm_open()" TypeError[JavaPackage
Test.SimpleClass] is not a
function , it is ... NativeJavaPackage.

Thanks ,
Shivam

Shivam,

Can you post the entire script for the open method and the entire stack
trace? You have several choices to put the file.
1 - Create a Java project in the same workspace as BIRT and it should
find it.
2 - Or jar it and drop it in the viewer plugins scriptlib directory.
3 - Or select the reprot and then in the properties add it as a resource.
