Is there a way to open multiple text editors within the Java perspective.
Under Netbeans the user can "clone a view" to create multiple dialog
boxes. In Micro$oft Visual C++ you can open multiple modeless dialog
boxes. Unfortunately JBuilder 6.0 doesn't support this either. It is
very useful when comparing, cutting/pasting and/or view 2 pieces of code
from different classes.
Thanks

Yes, the Java perspective supports multiple editors, but not on the same
resource. If you want to see the editors side-by-side, drag one of the
editor tabs and snap it along the edge of the editor area in the workbench.
