when update the eclipse java 2024-06 to 2024-09 can't able to access an existing workspace, while using that workspace it shows error on some files that found in .metadata folder

It impossible to say much with so little detail. You could create a new workspace and important the projects from their old/existing locations into the new workspace.

I'm currently busy with work, so I can't share many more details. I've already tried importing(not important) the existing project into a new workspace and also with reinstalled Eclipse Java 2024-09, but I encountered the same issue. Now, I'm using the older version, Eclipse Java 2024-06.
