Deploying Eclipse with additional software installed [message #1870455]

I have been tasked with deploying Eclipse with an additional toolset installed. Is this something that is possible or would a user still have to manually go to Help > Install New Software. The Eclipse deployment itself is not an issue but I have yet to find a way to automate the additional software install.

If you download a package and manually install the things you want to add, you can zip/package up the result and it should work on other machines. But it's not so clear how you are deploying. Each person gets their own local installation or you have a single shared installation?
