I need to disable the flashing/blinking cursor for accessibility reasons, as I have a visual disorder.

I've read through multiple third-party forums and have been through the Eclipse IDE settings as much as possible to try to disable the blinking curosr, but I can't find any settings to turn it off. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think it's just native behavior and you'd have to change it via the native settings, e.g.,
