When I upgrade from version 4.22 to a better version, I am prompted that some public keys cannot be found. How can I solve this problem? Does anyone encounter this problem

It's possible that the keys have expired. If you have the option to ignore this, you could do that.

You could also just install a newer Eclipse directly. I'm not sure if anyone tests upgrades from versions that are that old.
