I am using Eclipse Version: 2023-06 (4.28.0)
Build id: 20230608-1333

Option Disappeared for Help -> Install New Software

Was is there before? Has something changed? Have you a screenshot showing this?

Yes, The option was there earlier. I have uninstalled and installed again and the option gone.

How was this installed? Which version of Java is running it? Have you tried to Reset the Perspective from the Window menu in the menu bar?
