Eclipse 2024-06 can't be started on Windows 7 [message #1867449]

I have just installed Eclipse for Java 2024-06 (4.32) on Windows 7 but I can not start the application.
When starting Eclipse I get an error and it tells me to see details in the log file. I have attached the log file. It seems to be a problem with the SWT library.

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Could not load SWT library.

Any idea how to fix this?

Windows 7 reached its end of life on January 14, 2020. Accordingly, it's not a supported environment for a 2024 release.
