Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a warning message during a SUMO simulation involving a vehicle teleporting due to lane issues. I'm relatively new to SUMO and would appreciate some guidance.

Scenario:

I generated a .rou.xml file using real-world data containing vehicle positions (longitude and latitude) over time. When I run the simulation, I get warnings like:

Warning: Teleporting vehicle 'veh0'; waited too long (wrong lane), lane='229396273_0', time=11704.00.
Warning: Vehicle 'veh0' ends teleporting on edge '-229396288#4', time=11706.00.

Investigation:

I examined my .rou.xml file and confirmed the following sequence:

229396273 821772700 -229396288#4
This indicates that edges 229396273 and -229396288#4 are connected via 821772700. I further verified this connection in NetEdit.

Question:

Despite the confirmed connectivity, vehicle veh0 gets stuck on edge 229396273 instead of transitioning to 821772700. This ultimately leads to the vehicle teleporting to -229396288#4.

Can anyone explain why veh0 isn't following the expected route and suggest how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
