What do these options do in my eclipse.ini? [message #1864692]

I have the following 2 lines in my eclipse.ini which was copied from somewhere and modified. Any idea what these two lines do?
```
-Declipse.p2.max.threads=10
-Doomph.update.url=http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/updates/latest
```

The former tells p2 how many threads to use at once when downloading artifacts during install/update. The latter tells which version of Oomph's update sites to use for updating Oomph's features. There are different ones one could potentially use:
