[SOLVED] Error with Signing Eclipse Contributor Agreement [message #1863612]

Hi everyone, when I try to sign the Eclipse Contributor Agreement I get the error "Error, An error has occured and your Eclipse Contributor Agreement was not submitted. (ECA-04)".

I've sent an e-mail to webmaster (at) eclipse.org but no answer so far. Any idea what could be wrong or should I just wait?

edit: so sending an e-mail was enough :) I got an answer and it works now.
