Dear Developers:
I would like to ask two questions about plug-in installation

1、Install New Software:
I can only obtain the installation link through some information left by my predecessors. Is there a unified warehouse for me to use?

2、Eclipse Maketplace:
When I want to install a plugin based on a certain Eclipse version (such as 2021-12), I cannot find a suitable plugin version that matches the current Eclipse version in Help ->Eclipse Maketplace. Can I first detect the current Eclipse version and then recommend the corresponding plugin version?
