I was looking at the help.eclipse.org referene api and and didn't see anything listed for the org.eclipse.ui.genericeditor although org.eclipse.ui.texteditor exists in the "Platform Plug-in Developer Guide" ->Reference -> API Reference. I was looking for the genericeditor package, class, and interface details etc. I also looked at the ->Extension Point Reference. Neither does, the extension points explain the info I am looking for on the details mentioned above.

I have the JDT org.eclipse.ui.genericeditor package installed in my workspace and can look at all the code, but having the help file will explain alot. I also have org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv_3_14 xxxx installed in the workspace but these html helpfiles don't have what I'm looking for since the genericeditor isn't part of jdt.
Moreover, the org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv_4.27 xxx liists html help on just about everything else, doesn't have it either.

Thus, is there any html reference help for the genericeditor package, classes, interfaces, methods etc and is it missing from the help.eclipse.org and "isv" files??
