Dear all,

version 3.0.0 of SW designer (compatible with Eclipse 2023-03) has been released.

Main changes include:
- Eclipse 2023-03, Java 17 (due to requirements of JDT and CDT)
- Support Python code generation
- Some evolution of C++ code generation (keywords of newer C++ dialects),
- STL library is more complete now
- Improved C++ reverse mechanisms
